  • Follow moderator instructions - failure to cooperate may lead to permanent bans.

Winalia promotes a safe, competitive, and respectful environment for everyone.

Match Participation

To keep games fair for all:

  • Join matches within 15 minutes of start time.
  • Don't leave early or go AFK without reason.
  • If an opponent doesn't show up, proof is required to claim victory.
  • If a player disconnects mid-match, others must finish the round.
  • Matches paused for over 10 minutes without reason are forfeited.

Consistent presence is key to earning trust, XP, and rank.

Match Setup & Game Rules

Before starting:

  • Use correct game settings and regions.
  • Both teams must agree on custom rules or special modes.
  • Spectators are only allowed if everyone agrees.
  • Do not kick opponents or modify the game unfairly.

If settings are incorrect, fix them within 15 seconds. Otherwise, rounds still count.

Disputes & Reporting

If something goes wrong:

  • Always finish the round before reporting a rule break.
  • Use the Report button on the match page right after the game.
  • Provide clear evidence (screenshots, video, timestamps).
  • Fake reports, unclear proof, or spam will lead to suspension.
  • Only staff can cancel or replay matches.

Moderation ensures Winalia stays fair. Use it responsibly.
