The first week of a split sets the tone. We recommend a daily rhythm: day-one scouting, day-two mech review, day-three scrim block, repeat.
Assign each teammate a focus—macro, comms, clutch. At the end of the week, rotate those roles so everyone understands the others’ workload.
Keep a shared notion doc with clips, callout maps, and opponent tendencies. When the next reset hits, you will have a template ready to duplicate.
